Voting Help Needed

Voting: I would check with Vote from Abroad. The procedure for voting depends on the state where you vote. Some states send ballots by snail mail only, while others use email.

Notarization: If you really need an official U.S. notary, the consulate in San Miguel is the closest option. It costs $50 for each notary seal. In some cases, though, you may be able to use a Mexican notary. I have done this a couple of times, but you would have to check with the business or agency requiring the notarized document to see whether they would accept a Mexican notarization.
