Dear Guanajuato Friends, together with two other certified instructors of Being Energy, we are offering a 3 day seminar in Guanajuato entitled Breaking the Mirror: Discover the Face that Has No Reflection. Being Energy is a method based on the lineage of Mexican shamanism that Carlos Castaneda brought to the public beginning 50 years ago, and also informed by Eastern medicine and western science. We use certain physical movements (energy passes), combined with guided visualization and meditation, to awaken energy flow in the body/mind, to experience the calm of inner silence and to restore the shine in your eyes.
