Life In Guanajuato
Hello all:
I cam edown to Guanajuato this past January and literally fell in love with the place and the people. I even met up with three realtors to look for a home. I have a private sale possibility, too. All signs point towards "Yes for GTO". However, I thought I might as some of you for your input on two questions. First, are there any serious snags about buying a home if you do it carefully and with the right Notario Publico? Second, is GTO enough of a City to keep a person interested and active and socialized with local people and gringos for many years? I am expecting to begin to stay there three or four months during our Nordic Winter and probably get to half time here and half time there. I already speak enough Spanish to feel comfortable in superficial situations. I love the friendliness of the people and La Cuidad es la joya ende toto de Mexico. Mi opinion. Que piensa, usted?
