Before you consign you vehicle for sale

Last June an on-line ad was headlined "Let me sell your vehicle for you". The advertiser is a partner in a used car lot in a Texas border town. Long story short is that the he has turned out to be a thief. Before you consign your vehicle talk to me about my experience.
During the course of our initial conversation he alleged that he had had responses from San Miguel de Allende and others from Guanajuato.
The vehicle was sold about three months ago but i don't expect to get my money or return of the vehicle based on all that has now transpired.
Fortunately the state of Texas has a used car vendor watchdog and he and i are now in communication. It could be that at least the dealer will get his license pulled. --doyle
