thank you for this link- the Economist is always well written and researched with limited bias in any political direction. the article finds the future generally promising for mexico and mexicans. one of many interesting points here is the currently evolving wage differential in mexico and china. as china is propspering its workers are demanding more money such that in time mexico may again be a haven for competitive labor, cost wise. With a huge geographical advantage to major markets this will result in more manufacturing jobs in mexico. we see results of that already with major multi-national auto investments in central mexico- more should follow.
