Here's a big thank you to Martha Roberts for her amazing assistance to us in a complicated renewal of our FM3s. Having been residents in Sonora for 5 years, but now building a home here - we naively elected to do the renewal here in Guanajuato state. Wow - that turned out to involve additional paperwork and letters, and in effect a major deal in transfering our documents and their control and amendment to the IMN in SMA from their previous home IMN, in Guaymas Sonora. So finally after numerous false starts and the wasting of both our and IMN time and resources we got Martha involved and in 2 days (2 Days !!) our new FM3 is in our pocket. Her work was professional, prompt and fairly priced for the time and expertise involved. We offer our strongest recommendation of her as a person and a professional.
