Recarga????

After you have paid your bill at Mega or Commercial with a credit card, they ask you "Recarga?" Are they asking if you want cash back, or are they asking if you want your cell phone recharged? If it is your cellphone, is there a discount or credit for whatever money you have spent? Thanks, Gloria

They're asking if you would like to purchase credit for your cellphone. I'm not aware of any discount, but then I never buy a "recarga" there.
