Searching for art book
Hola! I am trying to find this art book: grandes Maestros del Arte Popular Mexicano Fomento Cultural Banamex, 1998 The cover has a big green ceramic pineapple. Doyal had one, but sold it. Another? Thanks, Laura |

Laura, this is indeed a spectacular book! It's too bad that you weren't able to go to the Bicentennial Expo -- copies were available to buy there.
This book is about art that is in the Banamex collection of M?xican folk art, which is why it was being offered at the Banamex exhibition at the Expo. I suggest you try Banamex, as unlikely as that seems. I suppose the bank in D.F. would be your best bet, but perhaps your local Banamex could obtain a copy for you. There is also an English language edition. |
