brief sublet(s) or rentals needed in July

Hello all,
I am a longtime visitor to Guanajuato, and lived in Santa Rosa for a couple of years in the 1990s. I am coming this summer, just for the last two weeks of July, with my own family (myself, my husband and two kids) *and* another family (two adults, one kid) and we're looking for reasonably priced short term rentals or sublets. If anyone knows of anything or would like to sublet an apt or house - we are looking either to share a house or get two places (somewhere nearish the center, since we won't have a car), please let me know. We can provide references, either from Guanajuato or the US.
