I heard on TV Guanajuato that starting immediately, IMMS they will no longer accept appointments unless and until people have their NEW "CREDENCIALES".

If you have an emergency they will take you in. But you MUST obtain you new "credencial" as soon as possible. WARNING: Everyone else is.
