Hi Bill,

I found a beautiful place right by santos cafe downtown guanajuato. It is a bit too pricey for me but it is gorgeous. (250) a week but I think she can be more flexible for long term. Has a beautiful garden and is fully furnished includes water/gas/gardner/house cleaner once a week. I can forward you her email address if you like. I most likely will be renting the apartment upstairs. I talked to her on the phone and she seems very lovely.

Hi, I gave Bernardo a reply and I havent heard back from him. I am looking for a 1 bedroom, or two, long-term agreement, and I can pay about $300 to $350 per month, has to be furnished. Very hopefully in the downtown/central part of town.
