Vacation Rental Wanted

Although I have checked VRBO/Homeaway and Airbnb for short term rentals I thought I would inquire on this forum.

A retired male friend of mine wants to move to Mexico and is considering Guanajuato, based on my glowing reports of your beautiful city.
He and I, and possibly another friend plan to visit in November, December, or January and would like to rent a place for 10 days to two weeks.
I was hoping someone might want to travel for a few weeks and would need a housesitter. We're not looking for a free stay and are very happy to pay the going rate but were hoping we might find a place more flexible for our needs.
Our current plan is for just my friend and I to visit so I can show him around town, thus we would only need a two BR place, hopefully with two baths.
But then again a third male friend might want to join us so we would need 3BR. Next thing you know our wives might change their minds and want to come. You can see how these things escalate.

So our basic need is for a 2 BR plus 1 or 2 bath place, but a larger place might work.

Location is a priority. I have walked all over Guanajuato so know the place quite well and would want a place very close in. It's not that we can't do some stairs, but we like to pop back into the house during the day for lunch, or to drop off stuff. So far I have rented just up Tecolote a few doors from Puenta del Campanero, in Plaza Meximora, and just a little way up Penitas behind Callejon del Beso, so I want to be that close in to El Centro, or almost.
