The Casita is full of light and includes a private patio with a lime tree and table with seating for four, master suite with vaulted ceiling, balcony off master suite with seating and sockets, a fully-equipped kitchen with Mexican tile, high-speed Wifi, and a shared washing machine. Perfect for a single person or couple. One mature, well-behaved dog can be considered. Price for a long-term renter (3 months min contract to a year) is 495 USD per month or equivalent in pesos, including utilities and a once-a-week cleaning.
