I have purchased and sold many homes in my life, and I have NEVER had such a positive experience as I've had with Julio Torres of OR Bienes Raices.

Based on my own research, his research, and him talking to other agents in town, Julio developed a wonderful agenda - made phone calls with owners for appointments to view, and was infinitely patient as I adapted and modified everything on our original list. He met me in a location convenient to me, had another agent with him, as well as an architect so that when I looked at houses (everything was a project house in our budget), I could get some good advice on the work/$$$ needed to get the house up to speed.

There was no pressure. No games. Just honest, helpful, respectful assistance - which was especially needed since I was here alone, selecting a house for me and my partner, Phyllis.

When it came time to make an offer, Julio and I met, talked about different options, and were able to finalize things within the day.

He's AMAZING - and, I plan on working with him for many years to come. Julio grew up in Guanajuato, and loves the city. He can give good advice on which neighborhoods fit your needs, including those to avoid. He worked seamlessly with another agent to help us find exactly the type of home we were looking for, and in our budget. He's very responsive and communicative, as well. One of his colleagues speaks English, so if you need that, he can still help you out. Heck, he even helped me look into Mexican phone options while we were waiting for our next appointment. It was fun to walk around the city with him, as he was constantly bumping into people he knows, greeting them with a big smile and a hug - so, he's got some great, local connections, too.
