Notary public who speaks english for selling a house

Im selling my property here and am looking for a Notary public who speaks english and who gets things done efficiently.How long does the process usually take here once a price is agreed? Has anyone here worked with Gabriel Santoscoy? Does he speak english?Id appreciate any advice,thanks

Notario Publica Carmen Nieto Vega speaks pretty good English and has a good reputation. but check all the statements and accountings. Once we had our price agreed and payment ready to be received she processed it in two weeks. However, the original title will follow in a month or more. I think if you think about a month you will be happy.
