We are looking for longer-term renters (min 3 months to a year with contract, either a single person or couple) for a recently rebuilt, light-filled, fully furnished casita 40 steps off of Paseo de la Presa (three-minute walk from Embajadoras). The Casita features a private outdoor patio garden with a table under a lime tree, a master suite with a vaulted ceiling and a covered balcony with seating, desk, lighting, sockets and views. High-speed Wifi connection; shared washing machine on premises. One adult dog with good manners can be considered. $495 US or 9,500 pesos month includes utilities/maintenance and a once-a-week cleaning. More photos available upon request.
