looking for architect,builder bricklayer

Im building an apt at the moment and am having problems with leaks so im looking for advice on the best way to protect it.So im looking for an archictect or builder to advise.If they speak english its a big plus,but i can manage in spanish if need be.Also im looking for a bricklayer to build a base for a bathtub, build a base for a tinaco(water tank), and also to lay a cement floor..Id appreciate any help, thanks v much

Beatriz Pesquera is an architect and husband Salvador Vasquez is a contractor. They live just a little way up San Cristobal, the driveable street that comes down from the Panoramica and runs behind Callejon de Beso to Alonso. They live just across that street from this VRBO, who they manage, in the house just uphill from the callejon, which heads south up toward El Pipila.

Anyway they seem to have done a good job on this VRBO and another house they are remodeling up the street. Sorry I don't have their number, but she says she has a real estate business in GTO. She speaks good english. She is tall, thin, with red hair. I know little about them but the owner of the VRBO holds them in high regard.
