Lots of light/balcony/patio and convenient amenities appreciated. Not more than $50 per night. Open to dates during the week for cost effectiveness. Pics would also be appreciated.

I want to sublet my 2 bedroom apartment when I travel to Asia from Oct 15th to March or Feb. What dates are you desiring? very peaceful and quiet separate apartment is above a lovely family compound in gated courtyard with trees- 15 minutes walk to the Jardin ( El Cenro de Union) and 5 minutes from Gto University-close to most of the Cervantino activities, plazas, restaurants, markets, and stores- has Cable TV, DVD Player, Internet, wash machine and small outdoor patio- Callejon Sepultura is near the Calzada de Gudalupe and 2 blocks down from the Guadalupe Church in a safe and quiet neighborhood-I really love living in this place so want to sublet it for a few months while I am in Asia-
