Tiny house wanted, centro, GTO

Hi guys. After years of travelling to Guanajuato to vacation and study we've decided a small house is on our bucket list. Ideal property would be a 1 / 1 or 2 / 1 of minimal size in a very central location. I am a hsnds on guy and love projects so even a house in very poor condition appeals to me. I'm not looking for an apartment or condo with shared services. Just a tiny house lay my head. Thanks in advance. Finders fee for unlisted properties gladly paid!
