It's across the street from me in Municipio Libre. It's near the Pozuelos Mall and, except for the barking dogs, quiet by GTO standards. (I don't have an interest in this property, but the owner occasionally asks me about it.)

The house itself is pretty good size; 3 BR and 3 baths, if I understood correctly. (Sorry, don't have the amount of floor space.) In addition, there are two suites below it, each a BR and a bath, that are usually rented out to students. On-street parking close by. The asking price is 2.5 million pesos.
