Loving adorable neutered male cat need home

I rescued a darling adult black and white beautifully marked small male cat that is neutered and just had all shots from CanCat, but I can't keep him. He is with a foster caretaker, but will need a home . I am on the road but can answer emails to get him adopted. . He has apparently lived on rooftops and my laundry porch but , since "fixed" , has not shown much interest in anything outside except my balcony. He wants to cuddle by me all the time, tries to sleep as close as possible at night, has started trying to be playful. He uses a litter box and is not spraying at all since neutered.
