Miguel Ángel Buonarotti exhibition at Parque Bicentenario

When I drove by, I saw the signs and I think it would be a great thing to take my sister-in-law to. I've never been to the parque and their website doesn't give much info. They list events that occurred last year, but I didn't see anything about what the charge is to enter. Do you know if there is another charge to see the exhibit? It seems large so, I'd think there is someplace to eat there. Is there any advice about what time of day would be best to visit there? Regardless, it would be interesting to see what is on display.
