Hello Naser and Welcome to gtolist. We are a group primarily for the Guanajuato community and are located about two hours from Morelia. We do have one Morelia member and she has a post with a vacation rental house. You might do better in your search by going to this group: http://groups.yahoo.com/group/MoreliaConnect/.
There is no craigslist for Morelia but this comes up when Googled: http://santamaria.craigslist.org/reo/1895857600.html and you can check the Mexico City craigslist for Morelia listings. Good luck in your search and make sure you come to visit Guanajuato.

Curious: How did you find the gtolist?

I have a friend who is renting at Morelia, Michoac?n de Ocampo, Mexican Riviera (150 S of Guadalajara, West of ~MC~, International Airport). For more details, you could search them through online. My friend guaranteed that the place is quite fine!
