Indeed to buy a medium to large crockpot...slow cooker that has LOW heat setting.
To make bone broth (Also looking for a good source of grass fed beef bones or hormone free free range chicken for the bone broth) Gracias

I got a nice large one at Coppel (by the Alhondiga...not the small one on Juarez). i bought it over a year ago, however. It was the only place in town that had a large one. It wasn't cheap...$708...but it was worth every peso I paid for it.
