Help with my marriage license and Registro civil

Some of you know parts of my story. In order for Inm to give me temporary imigrante based on my Marriage to a Mexican I need to Register my Marriage with the Registro civil. I have my Marriage license and Certificate apostilled and translated but they want something else that I and no one in the county in which I was married can understand what it is. An Acta de Matrimonio. I have been working on this for several years and they just keep throwing new stuff at me. I have pretty thick skin but they are wearing me down. HELP PLEASE

At this point because Colorado Marriage licenses are different They have agreed to process our request if we furnish a certified copy of the Marriage license application Apostilled The won't allow us to get married here because we are already married even though though at this point won't recognize our marriage Luckily we have friends coming to visit.

Almost there If you are from Colorado you need an Apostilled certified copy of you Marriage license application. i, now have an acta de Matrimonial Mexico
