Need apartment from now until October 15th

Hi!

My husband and I are looking for an apartment in Guanajuato for immediate move-in. We are currently in Guanajuato and planning to stay until around October 15th, but maybe longer.

Our ideal place would have a view, 2 bedrooms, full kitchen, place for our car (or somewhere nearby we can pay to park it), fully furnished, and lots of natural light. We love color, like hand-painted tiles in the kitchen & bath and colorful walls. Washer is a plus, and a rooftop terrace would be lovely. We are torn about whether we want a centro location or closer to the panoramica. Either way, we'd like to be within 15 minutes walk of center with a view.

The most important thing is reliable high-speed internet. We both have online businesses.

We also have one declawed, spayed, short-haired, very clean and healthy cat. She always uses the litter box and doesn't "mark her territory" or anything like that.

We are looking to spend ideally around 7500, but we're willing to go up to 10,000 for the right place.

My husband and I are responsible adults. We don't drink, party, or smoke. We both work from home, are clean and peaceful people, and we can provide a letter of reference from our previous landlord of 3 years.
