Unflavored Gelatin

Does anyone know of a local or Leon source for Knox or similar unfavored gelatin?

I consulted with my local expert (my wife, a native of Guanajuato), and she told me that there is a baking supply store on Euquerio Guerrero, directly on the other side of the street from Universidad de Leon, that carries the product. It's called "Knox Grenetina" here.

Most of the little tiendas in town will sell little packets of grenatina.

Lots of choices, but here's another. In Mercado Hidalgo along the side that leads out to the people selling all kinds of stuff, on the right side if you go in the main entrance, is a long 'shop' selling all kinds of seeds, grains and cooking supplies and they also have grenetina.

Well actually diagonally across from Univ de Leon in the direction of traffic on that side. Name of shop begins with a "P" and it has a banner Materias Primas y Dulceria. They sell two forms of grenetina: polvo and sort of a small pellet form. 15 Pesos per 100grams.

update of sorts - I found unflavored gelatin at HEB in Leon
28 grams for 21 pesos

not worth the trip given I got 100 grams for 15 pesos here!
