Need long-term rental beginning in May

Hola!

My hubby and I are moving to Guanajuato at the beginning of May and are looking for a long-term rental (we're thinking at least a year). We are looking for a 2 bedroom furnished rental under $7500 pesos per month within easy walking distance of the centro area.

We love the colorful, tiled traditional style, and we're fine with a multi-level property. Ideally, we'd live in a quiet area with a rooftop terrace and a little patio space. I love the idea of fruit trees too!

We will also be bringing our mature, spayed, indoor cat who doesn't have claws.

If you or someone you know has a space like this available, please let me know. My hubby and I are in our 30s, both work from home, and are very responsible and reliable tenants. We don't smoke, party, or do drugs. We will treat your space with love and care.

We have a place that may suit your wish list. What kind of cat do you have? We advertised on GTO forum 2 wks ago...no pets, but may reconsider. Are you familiar with GTO? Our place is on the Panoramica at Callejon Espinazo. 2 bedrooms, 2 full baths, kitchen/living/dining, separate larger dining area for entertaining, patio, laundry room w washer/dryer. Great views, peaceful, secure area. 7-8 min walk to Pipila/10 mins to Funicular. Walk down Callejon Espinazo to Embajadoras...8 mins, longer going up!
