Walnuts?
Does anyone know where to find fresh walnuts in Guanajuato? Mega used to have nuts of various kinds, at least occasionally, but the last I checked they don't have any.

High Ken Several stores in Mercado Hidalgo have them. One of the stores keeps them in large, clear plastic jar. Other kinds of nuts too.

I recently saw walnuts at Comerciál. They are in the produce section, and you will have to shell them. I keep shelled ones in baggies in the freezer, against the times that I need nuts and can't find them!
