? re: moving the water meter

Our water meter is inside of our house rather than outside. We really need to have it moved.

Does anyone know if the water company will do that for us, if they have albañiles that they recommend, or are we better off asking our own handyman to do it.

I had my former plumber, Carlos OneEye, do it with only one snag - he put the re-located meter in backwards. Luckily we discovered the error soon enough before there was trouble with SIMAPAG. You/the plumber need a special wrench or big Stilson to shut off the water on the City side before the meter. All-in-all its not a big job but it would always be best to check with SIMAPAG first .
