eBay Partnering With Estafeta

eBay just initiated a partnership with Estafeta, where if you sign up to become a member of their new service, you can get a virtual address in Laredo and have all your eBay purchases forwarded to your home in Guanajuato.

There are a lot of caveats to this new delivery service, with the main one being it only applies to purchases made on eBay. There are further restrictions on what type of items can be purchased, and for those permitted items that can be purchased (e.g. NEW clothing or NEW electronics with a value below $1,000) and delivered here, 16% IVA applies.
