Q: Is this compatible with most cell phones?
A: Yes, the output voltage is compatible with most cell phones and, provided the user has the appropriate tip to fit their cell phone or an appropriate USB connector cable.

Q: Can you charge an iPhone 5 with the HALO?
A: Yes. You must use the charging cord that came with your iPhone 5, or a iPhone 5 lightning adapter charging tip, which is sold separately, including at QVC.

Q: Will this charge older iPhones?
A: Yes. Simply use the included 30-pin adapter tip.

For the majority of tablets, it will provide partial power. The Power Cube is only intended to provide a temporary, supplemental charge to your device until you can rely on your original power source. If this is the case, you’ll need to use the USB connector cable that came with your game.
