House for Rent in Ex HDA de Santa Teresa
Hi folks,
My name is Frank Ryerson and I have lived off and on in a house in Ex. HDA de Santa Teresa for 6 years, a relatively new development along side Marfil. (It starts at the top of the hill where you see a huge bola de Agua from the Carretera Libre a Irapuato. Less than a 10 minute drive to el centro. I am moving to the coast (Los Ayala to be precise) and I am renting this house. The house is a brick and tile deal like all the others in the development, but I have made many improvements. I put up large walls all around and a large porton. Knocked out a wall to create a large master bedroom (which by the way has good air conditioning) and built on a large room that I have used as my in home cine. That can be a bedroom, so there are 3 bedrooms, two very large, and two full bathrooms. Last year I added a spiral staircase to the flat roof and built shelter from the sun up there so there is a large terrace on top with a 360 view of the mountains. I also built out a full kitchen with a brand new six burner stove / oven and beautiful tile and cupboards. So the house comes with stove, airconditioner in the master, and refrigerator--no furniture. The Telmex is in my name and I have wireless Internet--I am keeping it because the renter can have phone and Internet immediately, paying the bill in my name, rather than wait for Telmex installation. All the equipment for ADT security has been installed, so starting up an account if you wish is easy. The residents of my street, all Mexicans and the best and kindest families I know, pay the guardia who walks the street six days a week, 50 pesos a week. We have a neighborhood association. I am asking 4,000 Pesos per month. And I am looking for a one year lease that could turn into two years. My good friend Ruben is my agent here, and he is bilingual--speak slowly in English please. His email is bondgto@live.com and his number is (cel) 473-737 6704 He will be happy to show you the house. He is helping me with my move to Los Ayala and will return on Friday. If you respond directly to this, I will answer and forward your contacts to Ruben. Thanks, Frank |
