Is there a book exchange place in Gto? Or an English book store.

There is an English language library in the Encino neighborhood (accessible by bus). A few English language books for sale at the bookstore on the left entrance to San Fernando Plaza, a few at El Lechon Ilustrado on Calle Truco. Also check out the Book Fair in Plaza Reforma when it's on.
But the best bet is the regular Thurs 10-1 used sale at the Biblioteca in San Miguel. |

In Plaza Mayor in Leon is a very nice and large bookstore, most of course are in Spanish, but they do have a good English section mixing both current best sellers and many classics.
