To get a local value pick-up a car mag [such as Automovil] at the Mega and look to the back sections where in microprint you can find Mexican values or do a Google se vende 2004 Honda CRV and you'll come to a site like this and others. A quick average of the page one results show a local value on average of 117k MXN so 110k sales price seems pretty good.
