Two Homes For The Price of One!
TWO FOR THE PRICE OF ONE! Are you a city mouse AND a country mouse?
You can have both by alternating houses with me. House one is in the historic center of Guanajuato just off Mexiamora Plaza. House two is a huge Lakefront apartment on five parklike acres in the center of the serene and tranquil village of Ajijic on Lake Chapala. Both places are within a few blocks of all activities, restaurants, galleries, theatres, shopping, etc. Both have spectacular views and sunsets.Both are fully furnished and equipped. There is a three hour drive or four hour bus ride between the two places.We can alternate houses every few months or so as desired.Both places are large enough to comfortably share should we ever both need to be in the same place at the same time.
