Martha - did you read the document fully? Have you heard or read anything on the legitimate news about this? Do you think this happened over night (35 state filing en masse) Did the e-mail you received this in contain list after list of peoples' now compromised e-mail addresses? If so it should be the 1st tip off that this is a spoof and is spam. The only ones like this you should really pay attention to are the ones where Bill Gates and Warren Buffet will give the 1st 2,145,327 respondants $100,000 just for taking a 2 minute survey.
