I am in for 500 p for the on-demand water heater.

NOTE this is a Point-of-Use heater [located close to the need] NOT an On-Demand heater. The heater will procuce very hot water but not all that much as when it is being used incoming cold water cools the remaining hot water in the tank until the heater recovers full heat. A perfect unit in an office or lab for example but if you need a larger volume of hot water a larger capacity tank will be needed.
