Adios Texas! Apartment needed...
I'm arriving in GTO July 15 and looking for 6 month or longer lease for a studio or apartment in a safe neighborhood. 1 bedroom 3500 Pesos or less would be awesome. I have a neutered, declawed cat. Hoping to find a great place to call HOME.

HOLA! We have an apartment available but larger than you are seeking: 3 bedrooms, 2 baths, furnished. Kitchen/living/dining is a great-room. One bedroom has large patio/balcon. Washer and dryer. New appliances. Beautiful views. Panoramica & Callejon Espinazo. It's between the Pipila and Hotel de La Presa if that helps you get oriented on "where." Rent is 6500 pesos/mo and includes water.
