Boca del cielo
A few years ago, a lady sold flan just outside the Hidalgo mercado and one of her specialties was a flan called "boca del cielo." I have been looking and looking for someone who has carried on the tradition but have failed so far. Does anyone know about this dessert and where it can be purchased....OR perhaps some other delicious offering not from the ovens of Mega, comercial Mexicana, etc. ???????????????
