Maybe a False Alarm.
When we were by there a week ago during Semana Santa the deli was closed, there were no signs and by the appearance of things it was gone - but on Delica's Facebook page there is this entry:

They opened a location in San Miguel not too long ago, but they didn't indicate they'd be closing up in Gto.

Whatever form one uses to express genuine happiness you may use it mow - they remain open and committed to Guanajuato and continuing their wonderfully fresh and tasty fare combined with gracious hospitality. If you haven't tried their place please do , much more than just sushi, they have fresh daily great salads,tempuras. A true foodie treasure.
