Looks interesting.
Any comments, reviews or experiences?

RE: Cafe Luz
Restaurante de la LUZ? a place off of the main streets and by itself with steps to the upstairs?

Some of the worst food and service I've ever experienced in GTO.

Not sure we are talking about the same place but perhaps. Not sure how to describe it but in a "lower" calles with numerous small park like settings ending up either into a tunnel to the left (Surprise) or right going by VIPs & the Don Quixote/ Poncho statues.
The sign says Cafe Luz only.

RE: Cafe Luz
yep, that's it..........I would never recommend this place, as I got violently sick for almost a week from eating the food there. They wanted me to keep quiet about it, and even threatened me over keeping "it quiet".

Thanks Cam. I'll scratch off our list. Just too many good spots too take a chance.

I just ate at Casa Luz and the pasta dish I had was spectacular. I'd go back in a heartbeat. They're only open Wednesday-Sunday from noon to about 7.
