Mailing service in GTO?

Is there now an alternative to the Mexican postal service available in Guanajuato, excluding delivery companies such as UPS, FEDEX, etc.?

Need a reliable transport of 9 x 12 envelopes,1oz weight, to the U.S.

Can it beat this? As a test, this item was mailed from Guanajuato to the u.s. using the Mexican postal service registered sent on the 30th of October. Today, 19 November, the envelope has not arrived.

This company which offers service in P Vallarta, Ajijic and elsewhere is looking for partners in other MEX locations - maybe someone will take them up on their set-up. Go here
