Looking for 6-8 month rental

Hello!
I am looking for a 1-2 bedroom apartment/house near El Centro, with good light, an outdoor area or patio, that isn't more than a block (or 40-50 steps from a driving street). I can pay up to $750 US for the right place. I'll be arriving in town on October 28th, staying atleas through the end of May, if not more permenantly. I'll be having a few guests through the winter, one or a couple at a time (hence the need for the 2nd bedroom).

I am an architect/artist, 39, female, single, and have been living in Gto for the last year and a half. I am currently in the States, so cannot look at a place in person, but am familiar with town, and with photos and good description feel comfortable deciding on a place.

Any ideas, leads, or houses welcome!
