[Immediate] Need a place to rent either with family or a house

Hola Gang.

I just moved to GTO el centro near to Jardin Union. I like this area and neighborhood. It's quiet and nice and pretty clean. Safe, too.

Are you interested in renting out a furnished apt. or room in your nice house?

I am from Canada and unlike some others I may not have the biggest budget, I'd say I can afford around 3500-4000/month. My preference is for an apartment by myself and I won't have a car, so parking isn't an issue either. I need to have good Internet, satellite and all utilities included. I am a fun person, easy going and typically I spend all my time outside of the house. I don't speak Spanish, but I am going to school for it next week.

Anyway, thanks for any info or referrals.
