Ignoramus, me
It is not my intention to burden curious readers with my ignorance. I just hope this reached "Admin". It seems that every single time I try to get into the forum I am met with "invalid" password, so I basically have to apply for a new password every single time I wan t to see what's going in at the forum. Sometimes this takes hours of my time, since most of the time the new password given me is "invalid" also. Is it my computer? Me? You? the climate? the satellite? Does anyone else have this problem? What's the solution? Any ideas?
Thanks for your help...anyone! Gary |

RE: Ignoramus, me
I have no idea as to why this is happening but do not close out. Once on I have never had to "sign in" again.

RE: Ignoramus, me
I had the same problem when I changed my usual computer. After doing it over and over, finally I don't have to sign it at all. It recognizes me. Don't understand it but the problem is finally solved.

STAYING LOGGED IN
Its very simple, if you are comfortable with the procedure [i.e. not recommended from an internet cafe]
Log in normally When you are done with your sesion DO NOT LOG OUT just Close the page or move on to a new website. Next time you want to visit gtolist.com you'll find that you are still logged in - one of the benefits of 'cookies'. This explains Colleen's problem with the new computer as it hadn't yet logged into gtolist the computer did not have the memory [cookie] on file. |
