House to Share in Centro Historico

I would like to share my three bedroom, one and a half bath house located off Mexiamora Plaza in Centro Historico. You would have exclusive use of the house most of the year as I live most of the year in Ajijic on Lake Chapala. The house is small, but is fully furnished and equipped. It has all the amenities, Dish TV, Internet, telephone, washing machine, well equipped kitchen, linens, roof terrace with fantastic views.
I am looking for a person, male or female, to share the house with me on a permanent basis. I can also offer use of my Ajijic lakefront apartment if you would prefer a house exchange for the few times per year that I come to Guanajuato. Thanks, Gloria Harrison [/size]
