San Miguel Resident looking for Gto rental Jan - March

I am a full time San Miguel renter (for 2 years with references) whose landlord used the house from Jan 15-Mar 15 so I need to find a place to stay.

I am still working (I am a designer/sales rep for ballroom dancing costumes for the company that designs for Dancing with the Stars) so am still watching my budget.

I am mature woman, no drinking/smoking and have a senior well trained dog (mid size) that I would LIKE to bring with me.

Love Gto and would like to really ramp my Spanish up with an intensive class for the 2 months I am going to be there.

Would need to be able to walk to town. Your home would be well taken care of if you can help me on the monthly expense. For a 1 bedroom I can pay no more than $500 USD and a 2 Bdrm no more than $800.

Also willing to run a small bnb to give someone a break. I have about advanced intermediate Spanish skills....

Do not want ?student quality? accommodations please as I want to be comfortable enough in a nice home that I don't feel as though I need to go out to relax and if you have photos that would be helpful.
