Mexican will
My husband and I own a home here in GTO. We want to have a simple will drawn up - if anything happens to him, the property gets left to me, if anything happens to me, the home goes to him, and if anything happens to both of us we want the home to go to our daughter.

Do I just go to a notario to get this done? A friend told me that wills can be done free of charge in the month of September or October. Is this true? if so, how does that work?

Any advice would be appreciated!!!
