Hi Mike - you could do it but.... the new owner would not be able to register it/get title until the car met with US emissions and saftey standards. Actually it appears that first either you have to 'import' it or the new owner would. Unless its a very valuable rare vehicle going through the motions sounds like less fun than getting an FM-2
Of course if you are just selling it for parts then it would be a pretty simple - the one thing to remember is that if you do sell it up there you must baja the car here otherwise you'll have to continue paying its tenacia every year.
